An account on our Glam Boss Graphics website is free and allows you to download all of our free content in our Go Give Gallery, as well as the weekly freebie in our “Free Tool Tuesday” emails. You will also need an account if you decide to become one of our Gallery Members. 

No, receiving our emails does not mean you have already created an account. Anyone can sign up to receive our emails. You may have filled out our newsletter email enrollment form or requested to receive emails in our Facebook group.

No, you will only need ONE account on our website. All accounts have access to our free downloads. Accounts can be upgraded to a paid Gallery Membership at any time. Gallery Memberships can also be turned off at any time, and you will still be able to use your same account to download all of our freebies.

Gallery Members have access to all of our freebies, as well as over 3,000 additional downloads for your business on our Gallery page. We add new content into our Gallery every week that our members have instant access to. You can turn your membership off at any time, and will still be able to use your same account to download all of our freebies.

After you have logged in, head to the “Your Account Info” tab under Account Info. On this page you can make sure that you currently have an active subscription under the account you are logged in with. If you do not see an active subscription that you are paying for – you will be able to see if you had canceled your subscription or if it expired because payment info needed to be updated. If you do not see a current or past subscription at all, you are not logged into the account you used to sign up for your membership. Log out of this account and log in under a different email address you would have used. If you are not sure which email you used, or you are in the right account with an active subscription but still cannot download – send us a message by clicking on the pink message bubble in the bottom right of our website.
