Are Girl Boss Graphics and Glam Boss Graphics the same company?

Yes! We just updated our name and upgraded our website!

I was a Girl Boss Graphics Member before, how do I switch over?

We could not transfer over subscriptions to the new site, so everyone will need to Sign Up on the new Glam Boss site. Once you Sign Up, we will automatically discontinue your Girl Boss Membership so your payments will only come from the new Glam Boss site.

What is Glam Boss Graphics?

Glam Boss Graphics is a subscription based service that provides Mary Kay business owners access to over 600 digital downloads to use for their business. We are not affiliated with Mary Kay Global, but we do follow their guidelines for printed and digital material. 

How do I become a member?

Click HERE to sign up or you can find the Sign Up button on the Home Page. Once you fill out the form to subscribe, you can go to the Gallery and start downloading files immediately. You can then save the material to your computer or device, print them and use them for your business. We will add new content to the website monthly for you to access. 

If you have been a member on this website in the past, just click on the Resubscribe link under Account Info and sign up there!

What is the difference between the Monthly & Annual Subscriptions?

Both subscriptions will give you access to all of the same downloads. The Monthly Subscription will be billed monthly and the Annual Subscription will be billed annually. The Annual Subscription allows you to save money and gives you just one expense versus having to log a monthly expense for taxes. The Annual Subscription also protects you from worrying about your card on file expiring and having to change it. 

How do Payments work?

You can subscribe with a Debit Card, Credit Card or with PayPal. Your account is charged on a 30 day billing cycle. There are no contracts so you can Unsubscribe at any time. We use Stripe to securely process cards so GBG does not have access to your card information.

How do I access the materials?

Once you are a subscriber and log into the website, go to the Gallery and click on the page you want to go. Once you find the file you would like to download, click the “Download” button. If there is more than one option for the download, select the one you want. PDF is to download as a Printable File. JPEG is to download it as an Image. Once you have clicked the Download button, a new window will open with your download that you can save to your computer or device. 

What does EDITABLE material mean?

Some of our PDF tools are editable. An editable PDF file allows you to enter the information you want into select fields.

How does the Personalized material work?

All of our tools can be personalized by us, with your contact information and a picture of you for $5.  Just visit our Personalized Material Form HERE and tell us which download you would like personalized. This is also a great gift/prize idea. You can gift a friend or award a team member with a personalized download. We can email the file to you or send it straight to them to eliminate extra steps for you!

What does TEMPLATE mean?

Template it the term we use for images/JPEGs that you can edit yourself in your favorite photo editing app {like Pic Collage or Canva}.

How can I see examples of your content?

Everyone can see all of our downloads whether they are signed in or not, by going to the Gallery. You must be a subscriber and signed in, in order to download the files. 

Do you take custom orders?

At this time we are not taking any custom orders. However, if you are a Member, we do welcome your suggestions and ideas! Just fill out this form!

Can I share my membership?

Login information cannot be shared. If multiple devices try to access the site simultaneously, it will cause your login to be locked out. Your GBG team is passionate about blessing independent beauty business owners with hundreds of pieces of content and growing, for just $12 a month. We do not require contracts and allow members to subscribe and unsubscribe at any time. In order for us to keep our service fee to a minimum and for our small business to continue blessing yours, it is critical that memberships are not shared with other individuals who do not have a paid subscription. If membership sharing is reported, the membership will be terminated. 

Can I share GBG material with non members?

How do I find the correct Avery Templates to print on?

We provide the images for you in addition to the printable template. For example, if it is a postcard, we have already formatted it for you to print on the Avery Postcards, but you can also take the image and format it to print on Avery Business Cards, or Labels..  Go to the Avery Design Website to select a template you would like to use the image on. There are tons of ways you can use each image! You can purchase a box of the Avery cardstock or sticker paper that you want to use, and then select the template # that is on the box. You can also just print postcards or business cards on your own plain cardstock and cut it yourself.  Once you format the image onto the template you want, you are able to save it as a PDF and use it to print over and over again. You can also personalize it with your own picture. Postcard JPEGs are also formatted for you to be able to be able to upload to Vistaprint.

How do I change my payment information?

Go to the “Your Account” tab at the top of the website and select “Your Account Info“.  Scroll down until you see your card info. We use Stripe to process payments, so GBG does not have access to your full card #, we can only see the last 4 digits. You can click “Update” to change the billing address or expiration date. If you need to change the card #, click the “Add New Card” button. Then you can select to “Set as Default” and “Delete” the old card if you want to. 

If you signed up with PayPal, you will need to update your card information inside of PayPal. GBG does not have access to any of your card information. 

How do I cancel?

You can unsubscribe at any time! You will find an “Cancel Subscription” button by going to the “Account Info” tab at the top of the website. Scroll down to the bottom and click on the words “Your Account Info”. On this page you can scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the words “Cancel Subscription”.

You will then see a small window pop up that will confirm your cancellation. Click “OK” to cancel. You will receive an email confirmation shortly.

You will still be able to use your membership and download material until your billing cycle has ended. Once it ends, you will not be able to download material until you sign up again. 

If I was a member before, can I sign up again?

Absolutely! GBG does not have any contracts so you can subscribe and unsubscribe whenever you need to! Your Account Information will stay intact, so you will always be able to Login, you just won’t be able to download the material until you subscribe again. To Sign back up- just go to the “Account Info” tab at the top of the website, and select “Resubscribe”.

What if I Forgot my Password?

No Problem! When you go to Login, just click where it says “Lost Password”

It will take you to a page that looks like this:

Put in your Username and you will receive an email with the instructions to create a new Password. Then it will take you to Login with your new Password. Once you Login you will see a WordPress Dashboard. All you need to do is click on the Home Icon in the top left corner and it will take you back to the Glam Boss Graphics Site. Moving forward you will be able to login in on the GBG site like normal.

How do I change my password?

Find the “Account Info” tab at the top of the website.

Scroll down to the bottom and click on the words “Your Account Info”. On this page you can scroll  to where it says “Change your Password”. Add in your new Password and click “Save Changes”

At the top of the page you will now see that it says, “Success: Your profile has been edited successfully”. You will also receive an email confirmation. 

How do I update my Profile | Change my Address | Change my Name?

Find the “Account Info” tab at the top of the website.

Scroll down to the bottom and click on the words “Your Account Info”. On this page you can fill in any information you would like to change and click “Save Changes”.

At the top of the page you will now see that it says, “Success: Your profile has been edited successfully”. You will also receive an email confirmation.
