Printing

Your Glam Boss Graphics membership gives you instant and unlimited access to over 3,000 digital downloads for your business. These downloads can be used digitally or printed to use physically. We have lots of printing options available for you! Our tools can be printed at home or sent in to be professionally printed. We provide multiple format options to allow you to print with ease!

Printing from Home:

If you have a printer at home, you can print all of our tools immediately on the spot.

Always select “Custom” and “Scale” it to 100% {Not the “fit to page” option}

Printer tip:

If you like to do a lot of printing yourself and are looking for solutions for printing at home, we have found the HP Instant Ink program to be the best and most cost-effective way to print from home. They offer a membership service starting at under $2 a month where they automatically send you ink every time you start to run low! You have to use one of their printers compatible with the program. Your printer will let HP know when you are starting to get low and you will receive your next ink cartridges in the mail before you run out. It is cost-effective and incredibly convenient.

If you have one of their compatible printers you can get a free month with this link: try.hpinstantink.com/fJtB2  or with code: fJtB2.

Printing professionally:

We give the option of downloading a lot of our tools as JPEG and PDF, which is the format you need to upload to a print shop and have them print it for you. This is a great option if you need 50 – 500+ copies of something like postcards, business cards, flyers, stickers, etc.

steps:

1

Download the file you want from our Gallery. For stickers, postcards and business cards you will need the JPEG or PNG of the file. For flyers, tracking sheets or our planner, you can download the PDF.

2

Upload the file to the print shop of your choice.

3

Select the quantity you want to print and give any instructions the printer might need. If you are printing a sheet of our drawing entry cards, you might want them to cut them for you. If you are printing our planner, you might ask them to spiral bind it, etc.

There are so many printing options out there, but here are a few we recommend:

Use your Mary Kay discount with Fed Ex or Office Depot

  • Log into InTouch and go to “Business Tools” and select “Approved Vendors” from the drop-down menu.
  • Locate Office Depot and Fed Ex from the list. Both require you to register with them in order for you to start printing with them.
  • Follow their registration process and then take the PDF or the JPEG file and send it to them with your instructions.

      Print With VistaPrint

      • Go to Vista Print and find what you want to print {postcards, business cards, stickers, etc.}.
      • Upload the JPEG or PNG of the design you want printed.
      • Make your selections for type, finish, and quantity and place your order.
      • Save the design in your account to be printed again in the future.

      Print with canva

We create a lot of our tools in Canva to allow you to personalize and edit them to fit your needs. This is the best printing option if you want to make revisions to a design and you want to have it printed for you. You can also print our tools that aren’t in Canva by uploading them into Canva.

      AVERY TEMPLATES:

Avery makes templates that you can use to print postcards, stickers, business cards, etc. at home. We format some of our tools to work with a specific Avery template to make printing our tools at home even easier for you.

      Business Cards →

      Stickers →

      Labels →

There are hundreds of Avery template options, so if you have another idea in mind for one of our designs, want to print the design in a different size, or already have other Avery templates on hand,  the Avery website has a great tool you can use to resize any of our GBG designs to fit any of their templates. We give you the option to download most of our tools as a JPEG so that you can upload the design straight into the Avery Design & Print tool and reformat it to fit your needs.

For example, we have our stickers formatted for you to print on the Avery 2.5″ Circle Sticker sheets, but you can also take the image and format it to print on a Avery 1“ Sticker sheet by going to the Avery Design & Print Website and finding a 1“ Circle Sticker Template.

There are tons of ways you can use each of our images!

If you already have a box of the Avery card stock or sticker paper that you want to use, and then you can go to the Avery website and select the template # that is on the box.

You can also create the template you want and just print it on regular card stock or sticker paper and cut it out yourself. You don’t have to print on the actual Avery sheets if you don’t want to. Once you format the image onto the template you want, you are able to save it as a PDF and use it to print over and over again.

      Personalize with your own picture

      steps:

      1

Download the PNG or JPEG file from our Graphics Gallery.

      2

Select the Template you want to use on the Avery Design & Print Website.

      3

Upload the JPEG as the design

      4

The Avery Design & Print tool will automatically put the design into the template for you.

      5

Save your new template as a PDF and print!

Here is a video tutorial from Avery on how to add an image to an Avery Template. You can also watch our video below that shows you how to upload one of our sticker designs to a different sized Avery Template. That video will demonstrate the same steps we outlined for you above.
