Seasonal Product Launch

Every season Glam Boss Graphics creates Seasonal Product Launch Tools you can use to share the new products with your consultants and clients. Learn more about these tools and way you can use them below.

Product Images:

  • Post one image at a time either by itself with an educational caption, or include pictures of you or your friends wearing/using the product that image is highlighting.
  • Post all the images together at one time as a carousel post.
  • Post the images as a New Product Drop Series – Post one product image a day to highlight and educate your audience on. You can offer a special each day or at the end of the series if you wanted to.

tip:

Promote the series ahead of time. Start getting your audience excited about the upcoming product drop! Post teasers about what will be in the drop. For example, if there are new lip colors coming out, you could post asking “who could use a fresh new lip color this season“, or “have you ever used a lip oil/lip stain/hydrating lipstick?” {depending on the type of lip product it is obviously..} You could also put a blur filter over the top of one of the images and have people guess what they think it is going to be. You will want to promote the series in advance so that people know it is coming and can plan to watch for it.

You can schedule the images out in advance the the Social Scheduler in your PinkSuite if you have one. You can also use your PinkSuite to send the images as an automated email and/or text series with your contacts that opt in for receiving the series that way.

We often include these images in our Pink Posting Plan Program with captions if you are subscribed to that service, or it is also included with a PinkSuite membership.

  • Personalize the Images – you can download the images as is and start using them right away, or you can use the Canva link we provide you with to add your picture and contact info to the image. {All of our Canva files can be used with a FREE Canva account.} Personalizing your images looks professional and branded to you.
  • Print the Product Images as Cards – you can use our Canva Drop-In Templates to create a sheet of either all the images together on one sheet or create a full sheet for each image you would want to print a product card for. You can print the cards out and include them in your packaging or hand them out with a sample attached. You can also print the sheet on sticker paper and use them as stickers on your packages or goodie bags.

Story Images:

You can use many of the same ideas we listed above, with the story images as well. When posting the story images, you also have the option to add polls/questions to your images using the story features in your Instagram/Facebook app. See the video below to learn how to add a question to your story images.

Adding a question helps with engagement. If you have a PinkSuite to run your business, it also funnels everyone who responds to your story questions into your Suite automatically as part of your lead generation tool and creates a contact for them if there isn’t one yet. Our goal with your PinkSuite is to grow your leads and this is one of the ways we do that for you!

Product Panel & Set Sheet:

You can use the Product Panel & Set Sheet with your individual clients, as well as during your events to introduce everyone to the New Products and get their opinion. Use the Set Sheet to guide your customer when ordering the new products from you. You can keep the prices as they are, or you can use our Canva option to give them more of a discount.

Another idea is to print off some of these sheets and take them to different offices around town and let their staff participate in the panel.
